Trinidad and Tobago Network of Rural Women Producers (TTNRWP)

The Trinidad and Tobago Network of Rural Women Producers (TTNRWP) is the Trinidad & Tobago chapter of Caribbean Network of Rural Women Producers (CANROP). TTNRWP has been in existence for the past 11 years. The current membership consists of groups of rural women throughout Trinidad and Tobago. CANROP was launched in July 1999 with support of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation in Agriculture (IICA), rural women of Barbados, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago . The main goals of the Network are to provide rural women with access to credit for micro-business projects, to contribute to government policies that are sensitive to and supportive of the special needs of rural women producers, to contribute to the elimination of the gender bias in the ownership of land, ensuring that women have the same opportunities as men to own property. CariPestNet is an email network that assists people of the Caribbean sub-region in obtaining  advice and information on the identification and management of plant pests (Arthropods, micro-organisms, nematodes, molluscs & weeds). Digital Library of the Caribbean

Digital Library of the Caribbean (dLOC ) is a cooperative of partners within the Caribbean and circum-Caribbean that will provide users with access to Caribbean cultural, historical and research materials held in archives, libraries, and private collections. dLOC comprises collections that speak to the similarities and differences in histories, cultures, languages and governmental systems. Types of collections include but are not limited to: newspapers, archives of Caribbean leaders and governments, official documents, documentation and numeric data for ecosystems, scientific scholarship, historic and contemporary maps, oral and popular histories, travel accounts, literature and poetry, musical expressions, and artifacts. CARICOM Statistics

The Statistics Sub-programme compiles statistics on the member countries of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) .  These data are submitted to the Secretariat by the member states themselves, either by the National Statistics Office or the Central Bank, depending on the nature of the data. Occasionally, in the absence of data from the member states, third party sources would be utilised. Office of Trade Negotiations

In keeping with a decision taken at the 30th Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) held 2-4 July 2009 in Guyana, the Caribbean Regional Negotiating Machinery (CRNM) will now be referred to as the Office of Trade Negotiations (OTN) . The CRNM, as the Office of Trade Negotiations of the CARICOM Secretariat, now has extended responsibility for the coordination, development, and execution of negotiating strategies for all Community external trade negotiations.

The objective of the IDATD - Integrated Database of Trade Disputes for Latin America and the Caribbean  published by International Trade and Integration Division, UN ECLAC , Chile is to provide provide information and disseminate knowledge among officials of ECLAC member countries, experts, members of the private sector and interested persons in general on the trade dispute systems in which Latin American and Caribbean countries participate and to facilitate policymaking and policy implementation.
